Can’t call text or use data

Cannot make calls, text or use data since Feb 3rd. Have tried numerous times to contact customer service to only be told someone will call you back at your preferred one has called. The only return calls I get is when I request a call back (this has happened on 4 occasions), after 1&1/2 hrs only to be told that the issue can't be solved & tech support will call you in 1-2 business days, this will nearly be a week before it's hopefully sorted. Recorded message when trying to make calls is 'call's cannot be made due to insufficient funds' even though payment was made on Jan 27th.
