Cannot access account while overseas - Different mobile number and need to cancel service

Good morning

 

I have moved to the UK and my daughter has been staying in my house. She is now moving and I need to cancel my TPG service. I am unable to access my account as I have a UK mobile number now.

Please advise how I can cancel my service. My daughter will arrange a new service for her property.
