Cannot log on to mobile management portal

I tried to log in my mobile management portal "myaccount.tpg.com.au/dashboard" but got an error message "Something has gone wrong. You will be redirected to the homepage. Please try again later.".
I can log in my account on the page "www.tpg.com.au/myaccount"  without problems. Can anybody help?
