Cant log in to my account, it shows inactivation

Hi There, can u assist me how to log in to my account? coz i been trying many times but still it pop outs "inactivation account" and it says to contact the service desk.

We tried to check your records using your community details, but we came up with nothing. Would you be able to PM us your customer ID or username together with the service address so we can check what account you're having difficulty with? In addition, we suggest that you post a screenshot of the page that gives you the error. You may include it to the PM you're going to send us.
