Desperate needs help! forgot to turn on my international roaming while overseas

Hi, I'm overseas and forgot to turn on my international roaming. Now I cannot access my account as I cannot receive SMS to my mobile ,therefore I cannot activate international roaming myself. Can I get help with this ?  I see someone had the same question before and got help with activation. I need to receive my SMS urgently. Thanks!
