Enable roaming while overseas

Hello

We are currently overseas and didn't think to enable roaming on our mobile plan as we were going to use an e-sim.

However, we can't get any 2fa when logging into our account to change this as the sms does not get through.

How can I enable international roaming while overseas?

Our account may also be locked as we have tried to login without having sms access.
