Error codes YT4G66 & QGNSTR

New to TPG here.  Installed the APP to daughters phone and she gets error code attached.  I tried on my phone and get the second error code, same message.  WTF??   

I am now expecting the same problem when hubby tries to do his to.

Unable to find the code in any searching.  help??
