Error occured while logging in to TPG my account

Hi I am unable to login to TPG my account. Getting the below error in the webpage.

"Something has gone wrong. You will be redirected to the homepage. Please try again later"

And below is the response from tpg servers.

Please check this in priority basis. Im waiting to login to my account since 17th August and input my new payment details.
