Hi,
I am from India (Vodafone User). I am at International Roaming in Myanmar. After arriving here, i activated my International roaming pack.
Now International pack is active, getting Full signal on network bar on my phone, Data roaming is alowed. But still cannot send or receive SMS or OTP. Even i cannot make a call to customer care also.
While trying to make calls from this SIM< getting - "Network error"... Facing for aprox 1 month.
Already sent mails to Customer care but issue not resolved.
