Help changing Mobile plan immediately - not in 3 weeks

UPDATE -  just got a call saying given the circumstances a one-off change can be arranged. Thank you TPG for your great customer service.

 

Hi - I have had to return to Australia unexpectedly due to Corona Virus and now need to use my TPG mobile sim again well before I expected. I dropped down to your $1 a month plan to keep my number active but now I am back I need to resume a mobile service without excess charges. I have been told I have to wait until my current monthly cycle ends in 3 weeks. But I need to access minutes and data now. Waiting 3 weeks to change plans seems crazy. Surely I can upgrade plans immediately, even if it means forgoing the balance on my current monthly cycle?

 

Please help me TPG get back to using your mobile service immediately.  I am in 2 week hotel quarantine and need to be able to call friends and family during this time. Thanks in advance.
