Do you have TPG Mobile and TPG home internet (NBN/ADSL2+/FTTB) ? If so, Mobile Usage is different from your TPG home internet usage. In case you're at home and using your mobile device(s) make sure that it is connected via Wi-Fi to avoid unwanted mobile data charge. We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it does not show any matching records.
Feel free to PM us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can check this further.
