I have requested to turn on International roaming service. I got email of activation. Also I turned on roaming in my phone still no network is coming from past 1 week. I tried to contact TPg help desk via email but they are not responding. They told me you don’t need any balance just to get text messages but the network is not working so how will I get text messages. Also the tpg account login sending the otp on my mobile number which is not activated. So I can’t even top up. Please send me the solution.
