I agreed to switch my mobile to TPG and was sent a SIM card. I just activated my new SIM for TPG mobile, and received an email saying that it has been activated successfully. However I still have the old SIM card in my phone and it seems to still be working. Do you know if I have to call my previous provider to deactivate the old one?
