The new TPG Sim card that I ordered online has not been received and apparently lost in the Mail.
I received an email on 17/11/22 saying it had been posted but to date 13 business days later it is not received. No tracking number was advised in the email.
Please advise how a replacement SIM card can be received to my email as I have no Mobile service now.
