Mobile Calls continually dropping out

I transferred over to TPG from Optus quite a while ago because the Optus reception in my area of Alexandria was diabolical.  Initially the service seemed better, albeit still with dropouts. Unfortunately over the last several weeks it seems to have deteriorated to the point that I don't appear to be able to have a call last more than a couple of minutes before the call drops out.  When I check I seem to have plenty of signal during the call, then it drops to zero bars and the call fails.  The calls are from many areas in NSW and Greater Sydney so probably not at the other end all of the time, but all fail about the same.  The common denominator seems to be the signal at my end - Alexandria.  I have reset the phone, powered it off and on, removed and replaced the SIM, tried it on 3 different phones - all with pretty much the same results.  The tower servicing the area around the intersection of Belmont Street and Harley Street in Alexandria needs attention, tweaking or replacement as it is delivering a very poor service indeed.  What options are available to improve this service?
