Mobile Cancellation

I want to cancel my mobile phone service id: xxxxxxx

 

I waited on the phone for 40 minutes to only be hung up. This happened twice. Why is it so hard to cancel a service?

 

I have two mobile services, I only want to keep one and cancel the above. I've sent an email to cancellations as it wasn't possible to cancel over the phone.

I've called 4 times today waited each time at least 30 minutes and got hanged up! I'm trying to cancel my mobile service. I'm not on contract, why are you making it so difficult?

I will raise this to our Mobile Specialists Team and arrange them to contact you, please send me a Private Message with your best contact number and preferred time also include your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) also include the address on file.
