Mobile Data Barred

My mobile data service is still barred after rolling to new billing period. When I log in to portal, it shows my new billing period starts today (9th Oct). What can I do to unbar the service? Thank you.

Using your community details, I was able to locate your records. From what I can tell, the payment for the new cycle was just reflected at 4:09PM AEST, hence the delay on the refresh of your account. Nonetheless, your service should be working at this stage. Let me know if you still need assistance.
