Get online support
Hello, I have a Prepaid TPG Mobile Plan T4G Small. Unfortunately the phone I have is no longer working and it uses a micro sim card I have now purchased a new mobile phone and it requires a nano sim card - I have tried the chat support but have had problems using this service I also e-mailed mobile suppport the past serveral days but I have not received a response - I would like to know how do I proceed with ordering another sim card? Please can you help. Thank You.
