Mobile Status is changed to : Moved to Novus

From today morning, I can not send message or call.

I still receiving sms and calls

 

I checked my TPG account and on Mobile part I can see status is Moved to Novus

 

Can somebody help? I am on the call for over one hour with TPG no one pick up the phone!
