I have recently changed plans and recieved a new sim
Had to call to activate, and then i've called twice since then trying to get it working. Both times the assistant said my data was activated and service working.
Can someone please PM me for my customer details so you can sort this out for me.
I'm currently at home and the reception here isn;t good enough for me to call.
