Mobile data not working

Hi,

 

My mobile data hasn't been working for 2 weeks. After checking the similar posts, it seems TPG needs to reset the account?

Thanks for raising this to us. We'd love to help see what causing issue with your mobile service, please send me your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) together with the address on file.
