Mobile network issue

Currently we have been experiencing with no mobile network coverage. (no internet data, no sms, no call). Happening to all of our mobile plans under account 3842165.

Hi @ctran76 there's a widespread problem affecting the Vodafone network and it's most likely the cause of any connection issues as TPG uses parts of that infrastructure. It's gradually being restored.
