Mobile phone issues with inbound and outbound calls

Im having issues with my mobile phone, calls get disconnected and regular loss of service ( l have to take sim card out, and put in to get network again). Called few weeks ago and after more than one hour wait l was told that issue will be escalated and somebody will call me within 24-48 hours to let me know what is happening. Never heard back. As issues contiued last week l called again, same story, more than hour wait to be told issue be escalated and somebody will call me. Again , didn't receive call.


I am very disappointed with your customer service , l have been paying for service that l cannot use , and it's seems no one cares to fix it.
