I've purchased a TPG sim and am trying to get it to work with my Moto G4 Plus running Android 8.1.0 (https://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_moto_g4_plus-8050.php). I'm not able to make or receive any calls, however I'm able to send and receive text messages.
- Operator name (TPG) is shown
- Signal strength is full
- 4g Icon is active when disconnected from Wifi network. It is greyed out when connected to Wifi.
- In phone info, flag for "VoLTE provisioned" is enabled
- In mobile network, Preferred network type is set to "4G (Recommended)"
- I have performed "Reset WiFi, mobile and Bluetooth Settings"

However, the model is not listed in TPG's or Vodafone's list of supported devices.

If the reason for not being able to make or receive calls is only due to the phone not being on the allowed list, can I please request for this phone to be added to the supported list of models?
The model appears to support all 3 4G bands listed here: https://www.vodafone.com.au/support/network/4g-network (2100MHz, 1800MHz, 850MHz)
