Need to cancel my mobile plan

Please help me cancel my mobile plan.  I have relocated to USA and no longer need an Australian mobile number.   I have tried sending emails to 2 different email addresses I've been given to cancel and each has come back undeliverable.  Please help me take care of this before the monthly charge renews again.
