Hi,
My elderly folks have been having the most distressing time with TPG. These are issues they are having:
1. Networks shows Vodafone and Westnet
2. iMessage shows someone else's phone number
3. Phone shows any SMS sent as "message failure" even though messages are sent
4. Invoicing shows they are being billed twice every month but there is still no credit in the account so they cant make any international calls.
Please assist as its really causing them grief and honestly, I remeber things being much better than this.
