New SIM Card doesn't work

Hi

 

I tried to transfer my mobile from vodafone to TPG 6 days ago and received the new SIM card 5 days ago, then just follow up the instruction and actived the SIM online but the authoration SMS received till I called TPG today.

Now, the customer service lady told me will takes approx 10mins to transfer to the new service, however it is already over 2 hours and I have no service from either Vodafone or TPG. No incoming / outgoing call, no text message, no mobile wifi.

Please help to slove this problem urgently.
