Last Tuesday (June 23/20) I ordered new TPG SIM. I make the necessary paymeny and I received an email that the SIM card has been sheeped. Now, it has been 4 working days , but I did not recieve the SIM card. May I know what the problem is? Here is the detained information,

Thanks for you PM. Our system is showing that is was shipped on the 23rd. I'm guessing it is still on the way, and should arrive in the next day or so. I have requested for our Mobile Team to investigate to make sure the SIM has been shipped.
