No username received in email

Hi all I've just tried to setup a phone Sim only plan the $10 one. TPG are asking me to resubmit the payment method as it the bank account name didn't match the name on the tpg account. In the resubmit payment document there is a space for username yet I have not yet received any email with my username in it yet

If you dont have it I will PM.

Please advice if you still have issues with the creditcard
