Not able to make calls from TPG. I activated the sim today. The internet is working but phone calls are not able to be made.

It is possible that your mobile service is still on porting process. It usually takes 24-48hrs on the day of SIM activation. We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it does not show any matching records.
To better understand the situation, PM us your account details (Customer ID together with your mobile number).
