Get online support
I can't use my phone or get SMS messages. I got an email saying the below:
As previously advised, your device has been identified as not fully 4G compatible. We will start to block incompatible devices later this month. We will send a final notification prior to your device losing service.
(which is wrong - my phone - Samsung Galaxy - *is* 4G with working VoLTE and can see TPG just fine) - and I did not get any "final notification"
What do I need to do to get my device back online?
