Porting a mobile number issues

Hi can someone from TPG contact me please. I have been trying for 2 weeks to port 2 telephone numbers from Amaysim to TPG. Have made numerous phone calls and wasted hours of my time being sent round in circles. 1 of the numbers has been ported but for some reason on the 2nd number I keep being asked to verify my identity. Then a couple of days later I get asked again to verify my identity. I was on hold for 1 hour today only to be cut off. Please can someone help. I have received poor service since changing to TPG and am inclined to just stay with Amaysim now.
