Porting issues from vodafone

I got my TPG simcard and I followed to the dot steps given to activate and porting my plans from Vodafone to TPG.
It says to reply the sms with the given code and I will get notification from TPG.
Somehow it has been 5days already and I got nothing.
My TPG simcard do got signal but cant make call nor anything, and my vodafone simcard still working.
Tried to make call from tpg simcard it says i need to activate it.
And i just made another reporting activation.
Is there any way to solve this thing?
