I've recently switched to TPG mobile and wish to port my existing mobile number. I have received an SMS from TPG requiring me to reply with a one-time code in order to authorise the transfer, however, I have insufficent credit on the account of my former mobile carrier to reply to the SMS as directed, nor do I have sufficient credit to call the TPG Mobile Product Support team.
May I please request a callback on the mobile number I wish to port? Else I have no way of providing the one-time code, lest I renew my plan with my former carrier.
