SIM Activation issue from Telstra

Good morning,


I activated my SIM and received the mail saying my activation request was completed and mobile service is now active. Despite that, my phone still shows SOS Only.

I have an iPhone 7, which use to works on Telstra and Vodafone networks. I tried on an other phone and had same message (SOS Only).

If i go on Settings > General > About > Network, it shows the message SIM not provisioned.

I reboot my phone few times, and also tried to restore it as factory. I also reset all networks settings. If i disable to Automatic Service Providers settings, i can see Vodafone AU network but i have the message No Service when i select it.
