Hello TPG support, can i please ask for urgent assistance with SIM activation. I made the mistake of deactivating my prior service with Telstra before activating the SIM provided by TPG, so now i cannot receive the code to complete activation.

Let us raise this with our Mobile Team and have them reach you to help us manually activate the SIM, shoot us a PM with your best contact number and preferred time (Customer ID/Mobile number together with the address on file).
