SIM card not received

Hi I haven’t received my SIM card yet which was posted on 11/12/2020 and I was told by TPG that I should have received it by now. I have already pre paid for the month. Can you please let me know what is going on as I’m currently paying two phone bills as I cant cancel with Optus until I receive the sim and activate it.
