Hello,
I have just received an email informing me about my sim activation. My old sim is no longer working with my previous provider. When I inserted TPG sim, it’s either No sim or SOS only.I have tried to troubleshoot by shutting down my phone, but still I have no network coverage and no internet. I tried the sim on another phone and the same problem exists. Please work on this ASAP. My number is 0481xxxxxxx

I think there should be a problem with the simcard itself, because it does not work in any other cellphone. On the other hand, my wife's simcard works properly on my phone. So it seems that the problem is related to the simcard and not the cellphone.
That's really a hard time for me to getting out of calls and messages, since my job is affected.
I appreciate if you settle it today as it will be 48 hours in the evening.
