SOS only with new SIM card

Hi I activated my sim last night and said it will be activated in 24 hours which it is but I have no reception anywhere I go this was the reason why I switched was to get better reception but now I have none at all please help

What troubleshooting have you done so far? I would like check your mobile connection. I tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately no avail.
