Sim Activation Issue

I ported my number from another provider (optus) and followed instructions to activate the sim. I still haven't received the email saying that the sim is activated.

It's more than 48 hours already excluding the weekends and holidays.

Can you please check what is happening as I need to use my sim for calls and messages.

I had a look on your account using your community details and have seen that TPG sim is already active. 

You may try to insert the sim card on your phone to verify the connectivity.
