Sim Activation

I can not activate Sim there is no View All Mobile Services and therefore no Sim Activation showing on website. I noticed someone had exactly the same problem yesterday.

We'd love to help activate your SIM card. We use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it shows account with a different service.
