On 10th November I contacted TPG to start a SIM ONLY PLAN. They stated it could take UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS days (Today is the 10th day). I have contacted them 3 times between the 10th, and today(24th November).
Each time they tell me to 'simply' check the tracking number although they've never sent me an email with a tracking number. Just emails saying 'We see you haven't activated your SIM yet'.
I stated that I wanted to make a complaint, and was told I wasn't able to speak to someone over the phone about the issue.
Has anyone else had this issue?
