Sim activation issue

Hi, i ported my number from DoDo to TPG. I got the sim card and followed the instractions to active it and received the mail that has been activated on Saturday 18/04.

But my phone does not work until now and shows “SOS only”. I tried to the sim card to another mobile phone and it has the same issue “SOS only”.
I tried to contact online to TPG, but none replied, answered and called me.

I can’t use my phone within 3 days and i can’t do my work with my phone.

Can you solve this issue urgently?
