Sim activation

Hi there just wanted to know why my sim activation is taking so long it’s been 6 days and my new tpg still isn’t active and yes I’ve gone through the full process and received the confirmation email , I cannot so anything with my tpg sim I’ve gone back to using my old Optus sim as it’s still working , I’m Paying for something I can’t use , seriously considering canceling my tpg plan
