Hi, my sim keeps not registering on my phone and then randomly starts working and then stops etc. Hiw do I contact you to sort this not by phone?

Let us fix the issue of the SIM card, could you send us a PM with your details (Customer ID/Mobile number) also include your alternate contact number so we can arrange our Mobile Team to call you for real-time test and investigation.
