Still waiting after 8 weeks for porting of telephone to TPG!

The NBN was installed on 19/03/2020. With TPG. I have been a customer for over 20 years. My telephone number has STILL not been ported - I cannot receive incoming calls, but can ring out. I cannot receive blood test results from specialists, which is very awkward as they are critical. Telstra completed their end on 08/04/2020, according to the ombudsman. Please fix!!

Dear KarlB - thank you! After 8 weeks I had given up hope! The phone is miraculously now working - it just rang and I nearly jumped out of my skin.
