Suspend Mobile Account

Hi There, 

 

I have just arrived overseas and I want to suspend my mobile service during my overseas stay (a few months).

 

I called the Customer Service Team but in order to verify myself, they have sent me a text message with a code.

 

I have my SIM card with me but it doesn't work overseas so I am not able to receive the text message.

 

They said there is no other way to verify myself so they won't be able to go ahead with the suspending so I am stuck.

 

Pleas help.

Let us help coordinate this with our Mobile Team and see if we can request to suspend the mobile service while you are overseas. Could you shoot us a PM with your details to better understand the status of the service.
