Tpg mobile not working

Since last Sunday evening my TPG mobile is not working.

The 4G data disconnects and reconnects all the time. In most times, it is not connected and my phone displays emergency call only.

I cannot make or receive call/sms and cannot use Internet at all.

When I am in higher ground like level 6 in my workplace, it connects the data.

This is extremely difficult and inconvenience. Also I am feeling very stressed because my family cannot contact me in a case of emergency.

I have contacted TPG technicians since Monday but have not heard anything. This is so frustrating.

Can you help me?
