My family (all with TPG) have been unable to make or receive calls since the weekend. Since then I've also received two voicemails, that I could not collect. Had to drive out of area where I am able to dial out and receive calls - so clearly it's not a problem with the phone or simcard. However, my voicemails were then gone. Lost.
I have logged a complaint and been told, "We were advised that we have been receiving reports from other customer from Botany, NSW experiencing the same issue. Our Account specialist are currently working on this matter and we will advise once we have an update."
I have had the above response for the last few days, but STILL both of our phones are unable to dial or receive calls. Due to Covid, we both work from a home office, so this is an issue and it isn't being resolved in a timely manner.
