Video call exclusion on sim only plan

Hi,
I have a question in regards to video calls being ‘excluded usage’ on sim only plans. Does this mean video calls through FaceTime, Facebook messenger, WhatsApp etc are charged at the extra rate or will it be free but just use up my data? Confused!

Hi,

There are no charges for video call via FaceTime, Facebook messenger, WhatsApp or any internet application as long   as you have data available. Separate charges can be apply by some third party application but not from us.
